Yapımcı, yönetmen Taylor Hackford, 1978 yılında ilk yönetmenlik denemesini ‘Teenage Father’ adlı kısa metrajlı filmi ile gerçekleştirdi. Bu filmle ‘En İyi Canlı Kısa Aksiyon Film’ dalında Oscar ödülü kazandı. Yapımcı olarak da birçok filme imza atan Taylor Hackford, ilk uzun metrajlı film yönetmenliğini, 1980 yılında başrollerini Peter Gallagher ve Ray Sharky’nin paylaştığı ‘The Idolmaker’ ile gerçekleştirdi. |
